  A month back, His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishankarji, lovingly called as Guruji was in Mumbai city. 22-25th February 2013, were the auspicious days. Recalling those days, brings back and refreshes all the sweet memories and moments soaked up with Guruji. Every day in morning there was Knowledge session ‘Gyan Ganga’ and in evening ‘Meditation & MahaSatsang’ organized in different parts of the city. The whole of Mumbai was refined with presence of Gurudev, Dhyaan Gyan aur Gaan.
Preparations and seva started way month back from January itself. Everywhere there were posters and publishing on social media for Guruji coming. Every poster I saw, an inch of pride grew in me for My Strong Guru :) and for being part of AOL. This news was outspread to every door, gulli (street), public transports, highways and everywhere. To seek darshan and blessings of the master, there were thousands of people gathered throughout every event. Everywhere he went in Mumbai, his lovers were following him. With full of kindness, generosity, Love, he gave darshan to all the devotees.
On 1st day, while I was travelling to Navi Mumbai MahaSatsang, a passenger sooner became friend and was sharing with me his amazement seeing the volunteers doing cleanup at railway station, things about Art of Living and the vision of Guruji for a Better India. He was happy for someone is there to look, actually work and concern about the nation. This thing brought so much humility in me, that I impelled him along with me for the satsang which was very much obvious to be awesome at end. Those four days travelling for events and following Guruji, many such gratifying incidents and Guru Stories were experienced. At every satsang, He used to make people take a vow, to start chanting a beautiful mantra every time before having food “Annadatta Sukhi Bhavva” which says, Blessings to the Farmer, Businessmen and the Lady, who in kitchen makes the food. Further, Official launch of Volunteer for Better India - Maharashtra (VBI) ceremony was done. There was call from Guruji, to all teachers, volunteers and the Deshbhakts (patriots) of VBI to completely eradicate alcohol, the major root cause of all evils. Pledge to give 1 hour to nation was taken by thousands of people who have already started dreaming and working for better India.
Those four days were spiritually amazing. If every day would have been like that, heaven was really not far away then. Being in company of Guru in physical form is something very fortunate. Sitting with Guruji, Listening to him, meditating with him, singing and dancing with full joy was rejoiced by me along with thousands of Mumbaikars. With all his natkhatpan and immense love for each and everybody, he steals millions of hearts. It’s bliss to be all around him. Everyone was blessed with his grace. Guruji leaves behind a never ending longing for him.
I miss you Guruji, Mumbai miss you.

Even slightest intention of doing good attracts HIS grace
Jai GuruDev,
This incident happened recently on our train journey. My husband and I were on a North India tour. We reached Jhansi railway station early in the morning and the plan was to go to Khajuraho from there. Only option was to go by a passenger train. So my husband bought the general ticket. But the crowd was so huge that we thought it would be impossible for us to travel by general compartment of that train. Fortunately we came to know that there was another express train, which was running late by 5 Hrs that matched our needs. There was a possibility to get sleeper or AC berths. So my husband told me that he would talk to the TTE (traveling ticket examiner) and ask him if AC tickets are available, so that we can get our tickets upgraded and give the difference in amount.
The express train arrived and we walked towards the other end when we spotted the TTE. We asked him about the seat availability and for our relief he told there are seats and asked us to get into a 3AC compartment. We were so happy to get the seats and sat comfortably.
After some time the TTE arrived and calculated the difference amount to be paid. It came to be around Rs.800. My husband gave him a 1000 Rupees note and asked for the change. First the TTE asked how much he needs to give back. My husband promptly replied that 200. He gave a 100 Rupee note and asked, “Isn’t this correct?” implying that is enough. My husband asked for Rs. 100 more but TTE just smiled and went. Unwillingly my husband didn’t say anything.
Now, this incident started eating our head as it is like bribing. Just few days back we had attended the Volunteer for a Better India Inauguration in Bangalore and we had pledged that we would never accept bribe and would never give bribe. So I was feeling very guilty that so soon we broke it and silently asked for Guruji’s forgiveness.
We slept for some time in the train. Train had stopped at a station just before reaching Khajuraho. At this time a miracle happened. The TTE came there and handing over a hundred rupee note to my husband he told, “There was 100 rupees more.” We were so surprised at this. Never heard of such thing happening anywhere. This is truly Guruji’s grace. He relieved us from the guilt we had. Thank you so much Guruji..:)
This is a good example that, even if we have the slightest intention of doing something good, Guruji surely helps us in such circumstances.

My Guru story
 Jai Gurudev !!!
I was thinking whether to share my experience with Art of Living family or not because I read somewhere that one should not share his/her experience with others because miracles are bound to happen when we are in connection with enlightened personalities like Guruji!!! Its a part of Blessings from them !!!
Still, I couldn't control myself in writing down my personal experience with Guruji, thinking that Guruji will take care if I am doing wrong by sharing my experience with you. It happened very recently, when Guruji was in Mumbai. I received an invitation call from Bhaiya stating that Guruji will be coming to Acharya college, Shelu so that I can attend there. So,I decided to go there by hook or crook.
I started travelling from my home town (Devrukh), early morning 5 a.m.towards mumbai by Train. Program was scheduled during 2:30 to 4:30 noon. I managed to reach shelu by 3:30 p.m. thinking that it might have started but to my surprise Guruji landed there as soon as I reached there as if He was waiting for me.
Another shock was he personally invited me through hand gestures to come fast when I was reaching the hall. It was my first meeting with Guruji. On the same day evening there was Maha Satsang at Dharavi. I could attend that function as well wherein I could meditate along with Guruji. After that I was about to start my return journey on the same night. Luckily, I could get Second class sleeper ticket on that day, online through my friend. You won’t believe, that ticket got converted to three Tier A/C & Lady whose 3 A/C was converted to 2 tier; she requested me to go to 2 tier A/C coach because she wanted to remain with her group.
This is how, my return journey was made so much comfortable through 2 tier A/C. Next morning I could resume my duty, feeling completely fresh. I have travelled so many years through train but this was my first experience of sleeper coach ticket getting converted to 2 tier A/C!Few days later, somehow with the blessings of Guruji, I could attend Maha Shivaratri celebrations at Bangalore Ashram & I could touch Guruji's feet there!!!

why fear when I am with you?
 Jai Guru Dev,
I did my Art of Living Course in 1996. I was a student at that time. After completing the course I felt so much shraddha, faith on Guruji & my only desire was Guruji's seva. But being a village girl my family did not allow me, and I don't know what happened to me I lost my faith & devotion on Guruji. For so many years I could not meet Guruji, also my all feelings vanished. Now from the past 6 months I got my feelings for Gurudev has blossomed again! I prayed to him please save my devotion & faith. And last week one miracle happened. Some one had fooled and tricked me into buying a policy (it was my three year's saving). I got to know the reality when I got the policy in my hand and I was so much tensed, since the time limit/deadline to make any changes was over. Suddenly, the same day one Guruji's pic came to my facebook account and on that it had a message: "why fear when I am with you?". And after that I made a complaint with the bank and left everything on Gurudev. From inside, feeling very relaxed that Guruji is with me, and nothing wrong will happen. And yesterday I got a letter from the bank that your whole money will be refunded to you without any deduction!
Thanks Guruji please be with me always and take care my devotion and faith. Lots of love

He is there for us
Jai Gurudev.
I am a resident of Mumbai and has been part of Art of Living family since 2006. After doing the Part 1 course, I did Advanced course and also met Gurudev and my life has completely changed. There have been many miracles along the way – some known, some unknown, I feel Gurudev’s grace has been on me throughout.
I am sharing a recent miracle with all of you:
We are expecting our 2nd child in April this year and my wife is at my parents place in Jabalpur. In around Feb, there were a lot of disturbances that we faced - burglary at house, my sister facing problems at work, etc. Time was really not going good for us. Then, in middle Feb, my wife went for a routine check up and was diagnosed with a grave gynaec complication – the doctors said that now there is 50-50 chance of baby’s survival. When my mother in law broke this news to me over the phone, I was completely shocked and prepared to leave by the first flight to Jabalpur.
I was stressed and completely exhausted. As I packed up my bags, tied my shoelaces and did one final pranam to Gurudev’s photo in our drawing room, I just heard Gurudev saying to me in my mind – “Chinta kyu karte ho, main hu naa!” (why do you worry, I am there!) – that moment was undescribable....I could just feel Gurudev speaking to me, aanko aakho mein
That moment itself, all my stress and anxiety vanished...I went to Jabalpur with a peaceful mind. As I reached the airport, my father in law who had come to receive me, told that my wife had been operated and OPERTION WENT SUCCESSFUL....
I couldn’t believe my ears....My wife’s health is now OK and we are looking forward to arrival of baby in our life...
I feel that whether we know or not, Gurudev is watching us and taking good care of us...whenever we are alone and tense, He knows our pain and is there for us.
Gurudev I am dust of your feet...thanks for everything!

Guru principle is always surrounding us

I am sharing one more Guru story.
This was the first time I went to meet Guruji. I was back from USA to India for some time and was bogged down with so many problems. My problems haunted my mind all the time. It was my first advanced course in Bangalore, and I was also there for Guruji's birthday celebration and meeting him. It was not too long before that I had done my basic AOL course and was new to everything. On his birthday, He met every body and it took a long time. I gave Him a letter from my side with my problems, conflicts, desires etc. He looked at me and took it from me. I could just feel his strength there. It was like a mob going round Guruji in the Yagnashala where He met around 20,000 people from 6:30 till about 1 am in the night probably.
After that day I was still in some conflict to share some of my problems with Him. I was very impatient and generally speaking I am a very impatient person. I wrote it down in a small piece of paper and thought of somehow getting it to Him. I had earlier asked one of the Ashram employees as how to give him letters personally, and he had told me that He will take any writing from anybody and I have to look for an opportunity and get it to Him. I also heard that He reads all the notes, letters, writings from everybody. Most people get their problem solved just by sharing with Him. I was waiting to do that.
One day during the Course after the Rudra Puja, Guruji came down from the Yagnashala Dias and was meeting his elephant 'Indrani'. Many people were also running, after Him, trying to get their bouquet of flowers, gifts to Him. I could not reach Him in the crowd and still ran after His car after He had boarded it. In the process I got a cut on my feet while running on the ground without my shoes and as it was a unpaved ground one stone made a deep cut in my feet. It was painful to walk. Finally I could not get my writing in the paper to Him.
Next day He again came to the Yagnashala and while He was leaving in the car I decided to make it this time. I was also getting too hyper and impatient. I stood beside the way where His car leaves the Yagnashala and people reach out to see Him or touch Him. His car came by and His window was half open and as the car was approaching me I was so happy to see that He was sitting beside my side, with His window open. As the car came before me I reached out and He looked at me. I gave Him my paper and He immediately took out His hand from the window and took it from me. I felt relieved.
Many months later I had gone back to USA. My problems got solved and wishes materialzed. I could still feel the pain in the cut in my feet from Bangalore ashram, whenever I walked. I felt it was a reminder to be patient from my Guru. As we learn to be patient and faithful all our wishes, problems are taken care of. With over a year of practices I had learned to be more and more patient, careful and observant. My wound had healed but the love had taught me my basic problem and how to learn to be out of it. We don't need to run after Guruji. The Guru principle is always surrounding us like a cocoon does to a budding butterfly and takes care of us. Wherever we are be it India or USA His presence and blessings are with us. I am so grateful to be in such a time and life where I have found such a exceptional Guru. It is a blessed life and I feel more and more grateful as days pass by.

Once guru enters your life he will take care of you no matter what.
My name is Shalini Agrawal and I am a devotee of Gurudev since 2007 when my friend Usha introduced me to at of Living Part 1 course that changed my life. I could actually feel Guruji's eyes watching me and telling, "Do not worry, I will watch over you."
My teachers have taken care of me and my family unconditionally since then. They said if you believe in miracles it will happen.They always said raise you 'Sattva'. Do not worry about your family constantly. I have seen many miracles after 2007. Although I have only seen Guruji once and needless to say that was divine. Seeing him that once also was a miracle.
Recently I was going through a very tough time in my household. I could not feel my head and neck. It was really stiff and hurting constantly. I started to cry on the phone when my teacher called. "I said what should I do, I can't move my head and it hurts constantly."She said go clean the center they are all meeting tonight. I left right away. As soon as I stepped into the center, I could not believe it my headache was totally gone. While cleaning the center with other people I kept feeling better and better and in the end I was smiling and laughing and being fed a lovely dinner!(that was my second dinner for that night). We the cleaning crew now have gotten so close as if we have know each other for ages! That is the power of guruji and my teacher's unconditonal love and care. It is very important to have faith in adversity. Once guru enters your life he will take care of you no matter what. I feel blessed and hope to share my happiness and postivity to others!!!!
