HIS Grace!!

Jai guru Dev !

I always feel Guruji's presence all around .Just yesterday after I read Guru story in my email , I felt I should atleast share one.So here is the one just after a day I would like to share with all.

Today 2nd Dec 2011 ,my sister inlaw ,brother's wife was admitted in the hospital in New Delhi in the early morning hours for second delivery . She had labor pains right from the morning and was induced also.Whole day I kept praying for the mother and baby and was sure Guruji's Grace is with all of us. I was so sure of Guruji's love and Grace that I got a cake in advance even before the news came. I was having dinner with a few friends but my mind and heart was waiting for the news from Delhi. When the news was not coming till 9 pm, I send Guruji's picture and a message 'Jai Guru Dev "with it to my brother thru my mobile and guess what ...just after 10 mins ,I got the news that baby boy bearing a weight of 3.5 kgs delivered normally and Mom safe.

Tears of joy and love and Gratitude filled my eyes and heart.
My humble pranams at Your Lotus feet.
Thank You Guruji.Guruji has already blessed the baby.

Change of Plans

Change of Plans

Many stories heard and also experienced which bring back the gratefulness and reminding us how lucky we are to be on this path and to be with Guruji , 2 stories though I would like to share.

1. I did my First Art of Living course about 9 years ago after finishing my studies in UK and was immediately drawn into it, many other courses followed ( Advance course , DSN etc ) and Satsang was the most relished thing, my Dad observing that I am getting too immersed in such activities, he insisted that I should get married and I found myself married at the age of 24 ! I still continued with my journey in the spiritual path and the time came that I really wished I could do TTC 1 but was reluctant to talk to my Dad about this and leave the family business for 15 - 20 days and go to the Ashram , I prayed and left it to Guruji , Few months later before the next TTC 1 in the ashram, Bhanu Ma ( Guruji's Sister ) happened to conduct Sehaj Samadhi ( meditation course ) in my city which me and my wife attended and after one of the sessions we casually invited her for lunch at our place and she agreed immediately... after lunch when she was gone, to our utter amazement , the first thing my Dad asked me if I would like to go the Ashram for the TTC 1 !!! ( I had not mentioned about my wish to Bhanu Ma at all but what I came to know later on that she had a brief talk about art of living activities and seva projects and about TTC with my Dad when I was away for few minutes !)

2. We moved to Australia 5 years ago from India after a big loss in the business which had a huge set back on us financially , I immediately got a job in a call centre and things started flowing smoothly for myself and my wife ( she found her first job a year later we moved to Australia ) but last year I was feeling a bit down and I wanted to start something on my own as I had enough of doing a call centre Job, this feeling got intense and I happened to visit aAshram in July 2010 ( once again I offered my desire to Guruji ) , I came back to Australia and 7 days later I got a call from my friend who just started a new internet business and asked if I would like to invest as a partner !! I took this as a sign and immediately said yes and left my job and started working from home for the new company , but there was one condition that I had to move to a different state as the head office was there and my friend wanted me to handle the office while he stays in US , this was a big step and we were not comfortable with this move, It was time to surrender to Guruji again , I went alone for few months to set up the office but while I was working there I was all the time praying that a miracle happens and that we dont have to move and guess what ? it did happen ! couple of months later my friend decided to move the head office to US and shut this office down ( which means I could go back and work from home ! )

All this and many other incidents in our life has made our faith stronger and stronger and made me realise that there is a higher power taking care of everything and that all we have to do is surrender and Miracles will happen.

Jai Guru Dev !

With Love

My Booking!!!

I booked my KF flight Delhi Pune on December 06th, 2011 at 4PM. On December 05th, 2011, I got SMS from KF that your flight has been delayed by 1 hour. I thought its ok and did not tell my parents who were going to drop me at Delhi Airport. On Dec. 06, 2011, when we were going to Delhi, I again got sms that your flight has been delayed for 3 more hours i.e. now the flight will depart at 8.15pm. I got so scared that after reaching Pune @10.30pm, it would be difficult for me to reach my flat. I still did not tell my parents in the car and I just prayed to Guruji and said, "Please Guruji, do something".

After reaching Delhi airport at 2.30PM, the moment I entered airport, I came to know that one alternate flight was there at 3.30PM. I checked in and did security check in 10 minutes and boarded the flight in total 15 minutes as the boarding time was 2.50PM and reached Pune 5.50PM safely.

It all happened because of Guriji.

Thanks Guruji for being with me always.

Regards
Bhawwna Aggarwal

Guruji is taking care

Jai Gurudev..

Here's a Guru Story from my side:

I met with an accident recently when I was driving home from office at 9 pm. The traffic was a regular moving traffic (no jams), then suddenly the car that was in front of me slowed down a lot and without giving an indicator, started taking a U-turn. I was totally unprepared for this, applied a sudden brake, to avoid any mishap. As all the vehicles were moving at a certain speed one following the other, my car could not come to a sudden halt at one go, due to the speed and in the process my face and stomach banged against the steering wheel 3 or 4 times with tremendous impact! My nose started bleeding, my lips immediately got swollen and the skin got torn- I was so scared that some of my nose bones may have got broken and I started imagining what would happen if this is the case, as the nose area cannot even be plastered. I was in tears actually, and then I saw that some people had gathered around me seeing me crying.

I came out of the car and saw that it was very badly damaged with both headlights broken, bonnet got broken and both the two front doors of the car were jammed to a great extent (I got out of the car with great difficulty due to jammed door). The car ahead of me just got very minor scratches but no one in the car ahead got hurt.

I reached out to an Art of Living Teacher angel who is a Doctor: she came to my home at that odd hour (somehow I had managed to reach home that was around 5 kms from the accident site) and gave me first aid. She suggested me to go hospital and get my nose area checked for any possible fracture and also my stomach area checked for any internal injury (as my stomach was also paining at the place where the steering wheel of the car hit me).

When I visited the Doctors for nose and stomach checkup, to my pleasant surprise, I came to know that my nose bones were intact and stomach was also fine- only due to the impact, some pain was there (that was expected), which the Doctors assured me would go away in a couple of weeks. I felt so relieved and thanked Guruji- He took care of me; otherwise looking at the state of the damage of my car, everyone (including me) was very surprised as to how I got saved- anything could have happened to me with such an accident. Then two-three days after my accident, my mother got a dream in which a man in white came and gave her Prasad and said "Jai Gurudev": she believes strongly that the Prasad was the gift of my life that she got back and I fully agree with her and I know that it was Guruji who came in her dreams. My parents and I are so very thankful to Guruji for showering His grace on me.
In gratitude always, thank you Guruji, Jai Gurudev,

Shilpa Aneja

Fueled By Jai Gurudev!!!

Gurudev was to be in washington DC center on Oct 20th evening to 21st Afternoon. He was traveling from Canadian Ashram to our New Boone ashram and then to DC. I was attending the TRM with Gurudev at the Canadian Ashram the past few days. TRM was to end on 20th and as I am from the DC area, my goal was to reach DC on Oct 20th ASAP so I can catch up with Gurudev and meet and greet him again ( as I had been doing for the last 5 days) !!!.

So,I along with three other teachers started our journey back to the US with beautiful chantings of Guru puja and Om namah shivaya. My first challenge/Miracle was at US customs. I am an Indian Citizen with an advance parole , which means at the US borders, I typically can expect spending close to 2 hours. But My teachers said I should just chant "Jai Gurudev" 3 times, before I hand our my passport/documents. and that is what we did. AND ....to my/our utter surprise the Custom officer returned my parole documents and our passports in 2 minutes. Relieved, Happy and Amazed .

As is the norm through out our journey, there were plenty of Guru stories told back and forth. Our journey was marked by breath taking views of the fall colors, sunshine and laughter . My fellow teachers were Hansa dave, Shailey Sharma from DC and Reena Kaushik from NY. We dropped Hansa at her daughters place in West Chester, New york. Hansa was my first Art of Living teacher from 10 yrs back. She has treasure chest full of Guru stories, which she will one day publish. After a nice light lunch at their place, we reached Reena's house in Long Island, New york.

Shailey did remind me that before I hit NYC highways I should fill my gas tank. As it was already 630 pm, We decided to do our Sahaj Meditation before Shailey and I hit the road in separate cars to DC. After a blissful meditation, I forgot all about the gas tank and hit New York City highways with an empty gas tank. My first instinct luckily was to chant "Jai Gurudev" 3 times. From Long Island to NJ Turnpike is about an hour and fifteen minutes easy drive ,so I entered New jersey turnpike but there was no sign of gas stations. Again I chanted "Jai Gurudev" 3 times. After a few miles, I saw a gas exit approximately 10 - 15 miles ahead at Exit 12, and again I chanted "Jai Gurudev" 3 times.

In the meantime, I intuitively switched of all GPS, radio, AC and I was driving at economical speed. Then I entered the gas station and exactly in front of the gas station, my Engine switched off. I was not able to put my car in park or turn my car key to off position. Luckily New Jersey is one of those states in US, where you have personnel Gas serviceman instead of self-service. I informed the serviceman my situation, he tried from windows to turn the key off, it did not work. So on his request I put the hand brakes on and also held on to the leg brakes. I handed him my credit card and he filled about a Gallon of Gas, then the car came back to life. Immediately, with the help of service man, I put the car in parking mode and switched off the engine.

It took me some time to recover from what had just happened. I was speechless. All I could do was share this Gurustory with everybody I could call or speak to . Around the same time, this happened Gurudev entered the DC center as I was following his schedule through my friends at DC. I was so happy and grateful for the remaining 3 hours of my journey. My original goal was to hurry up and attend the satsang with Gurudev but he was showing that he is with me anyways.

So next time, you need any help. just chant Jai Gurudev Jai Gurudev Jai Gurudev!! Many times to " what mantra should we chant in times of need Guruji ? " He has responded with " All you have to do is chant Jai Gurudev that is good enough" . And when we do ....Miracles abound.

Jai Gurudev

Give 1 and HE will give you 10 folds!!!

Jaigurudev - i belong to you all - Jakass

I planned to move to Australia when the whole world was in a turmoil with GFC. I left the safety net of being with parents and good job. So close to Ashram, approachable to teachers and courses. My heart sank at the thought of moving so far away.

However due to the situation, moving to Australia was a good thought. i had no job, no place to live, and no money. I was offered a place to stay for a short term. i thank my friend who offered his place for a short term.

Now it is 2 years, i never dreamt that i am buying a 4 bedroom house, enjoying a good career and family well settled. i never treasured life for many years, was pappu for a long time putting myself into trouble due to ignorance. Sadhana is the source of success and key to luck

Quite recently, made another discovery in the art of surrender. Jakasss
Remember guru is connected to you, have no doubt.

If it has changed my life, it can place you in a better situation than mine.

Thanks to Guruji for our second life!!!

Jai guru deva

On Saturday the 30th October, me and my wife Anju were returning from Shanti Niketan to Kolkata in our Car Tata Safari on Kona Epressway.
The time was around 7.45 pm and we were approx 30 kms before Kolkata. Since the expressway did not have too much traffic, I was driving at speed of approx 120 kms. My Headlights were on low beam to avoid pot holes on the road. Two kms before Dankuni toll post, the expressway cops had stopped a truck in mid of road and were trying to exort some money from the the truck driver. I saw the truck lights as soon as it came within my head light beam and thought i will overtake the same. As i neared the truck my wife shouted that the truck is still and not moving , blocking the road with policemen standing on the left of truck.
I realised the same and slammed the brakes of my Safari. The car brakes locked but the vehicle skidded over 80ft and rammed head on in the rear of standstill truck. There was a loud thud sound and we were thrown forward against the wind screen but the seat belts held us back.
For a moment we both looked at each other in disbelief wondering how could we have survived in this crash ! I again asked my wife if she was ok.
Upon her affirming, I opened the door of the vehicle and got out to check the damage to the car or had i injured anyone else.
The cops, upon crash, realizing their fault in stopping truck in mid of expressway shooed away the impact truck and themselves disappeared into the darkness of night.
Here we were, in midst of expressway with a totally crushed car, ourselves unscathed, with no vehicle in sight with whom we could relate our crash to.
It was then that my wife called me from co passenger side of the car. She pointed towards the wind screen of the car. What i saw, made my eyes moist with tears.
A small Guruji's framed picture, which was firmly positioned on the center of the dashboard had uprooted itself and was resting against the windscreen facing the road.
Guruji pic had, on impact, positioned / braced itself and stopped damage or injury crossing the bonnet and reaching us.The car's bonnet, engine etc was completely crushed and crumpled with the impact.
Guruji, my wife Anju and me bow at your lotus feet for saving our lives and bringing us out unscathed from an accident. It was only your divine and gracious intervention that saved us from certain end. Indebted to you, forever. Pranam.
Jai Guru Dev.
Mukesh

Faith

From past three months, things were getting worst with me. Daily Sadhna was the only source making me alive……..losing confidence and trust because of someone has cheated me. So much pain and suffering has made me disturbed from within. Basically am smiling and spreading smile around type of person but the changes was so hard that I lost my inner peace….that make me angry, I was crying for help and fight with HIM that HE now don’t care for me and busy with HIS other activities and have no time for someone who lives so far from HIM. Sometimes I felt, I have done some big mistake that’s why HE is punishing me and all sorts of bad feelings were arising for HIM and for me.

Last Monday was extreme painful and about to die feeling though I was not suicidal but you can say …. Living physically only and died from the heart. At that time I saw one of my friend online, who is working in Bangalore Ashram. I Said JGD to her.

I wrote: “I am dying in this suffering and now lost all myself and this pain is unbearable to live. Is HE in Ashram?”
She replied: “Yes”
I wrote: “Can you do me a favor, can you please pray on my behalf … when you go to Satsang today evening? Pray that I am in dilemma and I am about to take some decision, just tell HIM to be with me”
She replied: “Why don’t you write email to me whatever is your problem and I will take print out of this and will handover it to HIM today’s Satsang”
I wrote: “OK, will sent it in 5 mins”
I wrote all my heart out in that email and sent to her, day passed out with uneasiness, felt terribly painful and waiting for some change in me.

Second day morning saw her online and asked her, JGD, have you handover my email to HIM?
She replied: sorry I was not able to do that as HE has not appeared in satsang.
I didn’t say anything and burst out in tears because I thought my only hope is also drains…HE was never mine, I have done some great mistake. My faith and trust is going to an end as it was the day when I have to finalize my decision and HE was not able to hear my prayer.
She wrote me again that she would do it again in Satsang, but I have no faith left. Day passed-on in pain and in evening at the time of decision, some energy was telling me to have patience, leave everything up to HIM, give time to yourself, everything will be fine, whatever is best for you that will happen. I don’t know what was happening and I returned home in peace. NO idea what happened to me and what HE is doing with me.
Third-day morning saw her online but no strength to ask,
She buzzed me: “JGD, I have passed-on your e-mail to HIM”
I wrote: “JGD, how….was HE there, will HE read it?”
She replied: “I have handed over it to HIM when he was in the car and leaving for airport that means he has only one thing to do that time!!”
I asked: “What?”
She replied: “Reading your e-mail :)”
I was out of words; everything stopped around me and has no idea what to reply. After some moments I was able to say only “Thanks”
I realize why I was able to decide strongly that evening because at the same time HE was reading my e-mail. How fortunate we all are that we are connected to HIM. The grace, the bliss HE is showering on us every day, every night….in all good and not so good time, no words can express them. When you try to remember those moments…. you would able to feel HIS love even in present. HE is always there to look after you, to cherish you with your smallest wish and show the greatest love no one else can ever give.

HE is my ART School

One such incident filled with grace and unconditional love has changed my life. Being good in art and getting A+ all my school life I always wanted to study art. Now as we know the best art schools in India are in Baroda and Mumbai. So after my 12th I extensively made my portfolio and applied to all the major art school. Sadly there was no JJ for me and not even Baroda. Disheartened I went for Chitrakala Mahavidhyalaya. (I hadn't done my course till then!). And then I did my basic course.

Soon I really stated enjoying my course. By the year end I was 2nd university merit. Suddenly it all started looking too easy. I was better than few of my teachers! (Seriously!) And I was getting bored of it. There was no challenge no inspiration. I was getting sad. With two more years to go I was seriously feeling low. One such day while surfing online I found out about University of Arts London. And behold I knew that is where I wanted to be. New challenge! How exciting. Soon I had a new portfolio full of work and all my application sent. Everything ready. About to take off. But then what! My interview is on the Silver jubilee day! Wah! Decision time. London or silver jubilee. Of course silver jubilee!!! I submitted my portfolio with all my paper work and told my councilor to hand it in. She looked at me with dismay and said you will have to come back next year they won’t take it. They rejected 300 people in the last interview they won’t take you without interviewing.

After the amazing experience of Silver Jubilee, I was anxiously waiting for my result. Even after 2 months had passed I heard nothing from them. Just when I was giving up I decided to surrender to the master first. Fortunately, I was in Bangalore ashram then. In satsang with Gurudev meditating. It was a beautiful experience with everyone singing and dancing. And now after 3 years, I am graduating next month that also from the Camberwell College of Arts-University of Arts, London, Batch 2006-2009 with BA (hons) Drawing 1st class degree.

When he says "You are taken care of” It has a different meaning all together. Jaigurudev

Intention Surrendered To Guruji

With full of gratitude, I am sharing my guru story with all of you.

Guruji says, Keep Intention and Surrender, Your intention would be Manifested!!! We have practically experienced this in our life.

In the month of February 2011, we had a live Webcast with Guruji in New Zealand. This was the time when we first heard about the World Cultural Festival in Berlin, Guruji told all of us to come and be a part of celebration of the 30th anniversary of Art of Living. I and my wife were so excited to hear about the festival.

That day my wife had a strong intention to go to Berlin, she told me that we should definitely be a part of this once in a lifetime event. To be there one should have a good amount of spare money for travel tickets, accommodation and other expenses. We kept this intention in our mind with a strong faith that we would definitely go but don’t know how, so surrendered this intention to Guruji.

Our country coordinator for this event sent us an email saying that 27th March is the last day to confirm for the event ticket booking and suggest us to send the confirmation as soon as possible.

On 25th of March our intention manifested with Guruji’s grace and guess what ???? We won a lucky draw of the amount that was sufficient for the trip. Not more nor less. Isn’t it unbelievable? By the way,for Art of Living People this is “mostly believable”.

We have just come back from the Berlin with lots of memories tocherish for our lifetime. Guruji We love you ..

Jai Guru Dev,

With Love,
Neeraj

Guru Takes Care Of His Devotees

I have always had the desire to cook and feed guruji, and that wish was fulfilled on may 26, 2007 when he was transiting via bahrain. A few teachers and volunteers were to meet him at the airport and serve him south Indian food which I had the opportunity to cook. But I also wanted to see him in person. So I went to the airport with my family where my husband booked us in first class in the flight which guruji was traveling by. However, we were lucky enough to meet him at the VIP lounge in Bahrain itself, so we cancelled our tickets. The icing on the cake was that guruji was pleasantly surprised as to how we got into the VIP lounge and further pleased us by asking the photographer to click a group photo with our family. He also blessed me with 3 silver coins in appreciation of the food that was served to him.

This is not all, that summer when we were traveling to Mumbai, surprisingly we got a free upgrade to first class! I believe this was truly guruji's grace as never before or after this incident we got to travel first class.

Such instances are what have made my faith in him stronger. I know that he is there for all his devotees and takes personal care of them.

Jai Guru Deva.

Everything has been arranged

I was invited to run a program at Cochin at the last minute as one of the Faculty had dropped out. I was in two minds if I should go or not. But something made me say yes. The Flight from Pune to Kochi was through Bangalore. I thought I should visit the ashram on my way back and just hoped to have a glimpse of Guruji.

So I got tickets such that I had a 8 hour halt at Bangalore. It was Sunday and I woke up early in the morning at 3 am. My flight was to reach at 8:30 AM to Bangalore which would mean I would be 10:30AM by the time I reached the ashram. Anticipating that I will miss my Long Kriya, I did my home Kriya and left for Bangalore. All the way along I was just wishing that I get a glimpse of Him. That was a very improbable proposition as I was going to be only for about 4 hours in the ashram, and was not even sure if he was in Bangalore. And even if he was, it would be very unlikely that I will get to see him other than at Satsang.

Anyways my Taxi reached the Ashram. There was a lot of rush in the Ashram. As soon as I got down infront of the info desk, I got a warm JGD from this young girl. She enquired if I had come for the refreshers course. I said I have come here to see Guruji. She said she does not know anything about it..but there is going to be Long Kriya at 11am in the refresher course and no registration was needed. That was like somebody did not want me to miss my Long Kriya.
There were 8000-10000 people in Yagya Shala. We did Disha Pranam then Long Kriya.. After the Kriya I just wished that I see Guruji when I open the eyes. And was he not to fulfil this wish also. He was there waiting. Then he said he is going to see everybody there. He walked and collected gifts and flowers from everybody. I felt bad that even this time I had not got anything for him although this time I wanted to get something. I even thought if I could give him some sweets that I had got with me. Right then he said,"Why do all get me sweets...Am I not sweet enough? You dont have to get anything for me, just do Seva, be of help to others and I will be happy". It was as if he was reading my mind. Then he came very close to where I was. And even glanced at me...for sure. I was very happy with almost tears in my eyes. I just hoped for a glimpse of him and he made all the arrangements got me a long Kriya when I came and also came so close and looked at me..What else could I have wished for. It was like a Dream come true.

But as if that was not enough, a way was created through people right next to me. I was constantly thinking if I should speak or not. Finally I decided I am going to. I said," Guruji Thank You". He gave me the most twinkling smile, Some thing that I had had the fortune of nearly 5 years back when I was in Canada. It was as if he knew it all. To top it up He gave the mike to me and said," Do you have to say something". I just told him the story and that I felt it was all arranged for me only". After that we all meditated and also heard His beautiful and melodious words in Kannada and English.
I Love you Guruji

GURU STORY - DIVINE TRAVEL AGENT

There is a secret to getting to Guru Poornima with Guruji. It's so secret that only a few of us know the "key" but I will share it with you here. The secret is saying, "YES!" I have had the experience many times over of saying "YES!" to attending a course, with no knowledge of how I will get time from work or how I will pay the airfare, course fees, etc, everything falls magically into place. You see, the Divine is so loving and compassionate that whatever you ask for and commit to, this is what you receive. So many times I have said from the heart, "Guruji, I am coming to this course, I don't know how, but I will be there", and the time and the means appear. Here are some of my experiences:
A few years ago, I was in a difficult financial situation. Guruji was coming to Miami, FL to teach a Part 2 course. The fee was $475 and I had no idea where the funds would come from. I said "YES!" and in short order, I received a check for $400 from my step mother—to this day I do not know why she sent it. Inspired, I went and bought a $1 lottery ticket and won exactly $75 making up the $475 I needed.
A few years later I said "YES!" to attending TTC1 at the Canadian Ashram. Again, I had no idea where the funds would come from and financially was dealing with some challenges. I had a frequent flyer ticket I hoped to be able to use to get to Canada but found I did not have enough miles to fly from US to Canada. So, I e-mailed Guruji and said, my full intention is to go to TTC1 come what may, I will put it all on a credit card if needed, but please help if you can! The very next day, I went to the same website to try with my frequent flyer miles again and there it was, one seat available for the amount of frequent flyer miles I had. Then the most amazing thing began to happen, I began to receive checks from strange places. I received a check for dividend on my home owner's insurance (I had never even heard of such a thing!) and a check for overpayment of property taxes. A friend handed me a check saying she owed me money—I had no recall her owing me money, I received an extra pay check that month and a few other small checks that had I added them up, they would have amounted exactly to the $3000 TTC1 course fee!

Most recently in May, I attended the most beautiful course in Arosa, Switzerland with our Beloved Guruji. The moment I learned of the course, I said "YES!" a thousand times yes! I had been looking for months to refinance my home and kept running into obstacles. I e-mailed Guruji and said, I am going to Switzerland, I don't know how yet, but I will be there with you. Shortly after, I received a word from my lender that the rates had dropped and that I was eligible for a special loan program. I was able to refinance my home and in the process did not have to pay my home mortgage in May and got an extra paycheck in May—my course and travels were paid for! I then had the thought in my head while in Switzerland, wow, I so want to go and do the Guru Puja course in Chicago in July but I have just done this trip to Switzerland, how will I handle with finances and time off of work so soon after Arosa? Again, I said, "YES!" When I came home from Switzerland, I found a check waiting in the mail from my old mortgage lender, a refund, in just the amount I needed for course fees and travel to do the Puja course and my boss said yes to the time off. Now you know this precious secret. Just say "YES!" fully, from your heart, with all the innocence of a child that the Divine will take care. Time Money and everything else will managed if you say 'YES' . Its all the play of MASTER HANDS. These are just a few ways that I have been so blessed, loved and taken care of by our Guru over the years. Make your AIM – Attention, Intention, and Manifestation! HE is anyway giving with both hands.

Guru Story- MASTER and US!!!

My father had not been keeping well for over a month now. Since Shillong does not have good medical facilities my family decided to take my father to Delhi. To our horror he was suspected of lung cancer. After performing a CT Scan and a PET Scan the doctors were 99% sure that he was sufering from lung cancer with multiple nodules observed in both his lungs. They took him in for biopsy. We decided to fly down to Bangalore to meet Guruji on his bday as the biopsy reports would come only after three days.

The flight from Delhi to Bangalore was painful for him but it was Guruji's call I guess. Soon things became alright and we reached Bangalore. My father felt that he had reached heaven's abode. We hired a flat a few kilometers away from the ashram. That evening he could not make it to the ashram for the satsang since he was not well.

We wrote conituous emails to Guruji, Swami Pragyapadji to seek their blessings. All the Swamiji's in the ashram were with us. Our letter reached Guruji and his secretary Girin Bhaiya called us up to inform that Guruji has read our letter and would meet us by 6.15. We could not make it on time as we were a few kms away from the ashram and there was no way we could make it by 6.15. Girin bhaiya informed that Guruji would meet us on the way to the satsang. How??? How would He recognize us? In the middle of lacs of devotees Guruji stopped in front of my parents. He blessed my father. He waved his hand over his head as though he was moving a magic wand and said that everything will be fine. He blessed my mother as well. We all felt as lite as a feather as though something heavy had been lifted. We were astonished that Guruji gave us such a beautiful darshan.

We left for Delhi the next day surrendering all our fears and worries on our Master's feet. My brother went to collect his report. In about 30 mins we get a call from my brother who could hardly speak but managed to say 'Jai Gurudev' before he broke down. The tests were negative. The doctors were surprised. It was a medical failure for them and a miracle for us.

Our lives our indebted to Guruji. Lets all do his work. Lets spread his message far and wide. He is there for each one of us. None is more blessed or more personal to Guruji. We are all his children and he will take care of us always. Just smile and love. All your messages reach Him. Just surrender.

From,
Jasrasaria, Preeti.

Guru Story - GURUJI TAKES CARE OF YOU!!

I was to join Tata Motors, Jamshedpur on the 1st of August 2011. The company would reimburse our travel from our hometown to Jamshedpur for rail 3AC, 2AC and economy class flight ticket in no-frills airlines. When I to book my ticket, I was not sure if we would be reimbursed for 2AC, so I got a 3AC ticket in coach B1 seat 32. Later when I got to know, I felt like "If only I had known earlier, I would have got a 2AC for myself..."

The day of journey (30th July) came. I went to the station. The train was at the platform. I checked the list outside coach B1 for my name but to my dismay found someone else's name against seat no. 32. I prayed to Guruji to help. I talked to the TTE who in turn checked my ticket and finding everything alright, said that he couldn't help and that I would have to talk with the conductor. I couldn't find the conductor, so I simply entered the coach and put my bag and baggage near seat 32 where the other man was already seated. The man said that his was a waiting-list ticket which was confirmed only that day.
I couldn't think of anything but knew I had to find the conductor. I kept the luggage there and got down the train where luckily I found the conductor who told me that my ticket might have been upgraded and so I should check the list properly. Now, till that day I had always wondered how it felt like to have one's ticket upgraded automatically and imagine my surprise and happiness when I found my name in the bottom of the list under UPGRADED. It said that I had been transferred to A1's seat no.1.
My mother who was with me to see me off, then told me "It's Guruji, isn't it?"
I could only smile and smile... :)

Guru Story - BIRTHDAY CAKE AND BEYOND!!!

Dear AOL and Non AOL family members,

Wish to share our GURU story as below

I  along with my family were heading towards ashram from banglore airport . On my way i searched alot to have a cake as following day was my daughter's birthday.
Unfortunately  everyoutlet we checked had no eggless cake.
Hence i convinced my  11  years old daughter to celebrate birthday without cake giving reason that ashram is a place where  formalities like cake cutting etc is not so important  and she should seek blessings of gurudev   ...  She was not very much convinced with my sales talks  to celebrate birthday without cake and she continued to demand for the same   which i failed to occomplish despite my best efforts .

Now see the miracle... To take care of a child's demand in gurudev's way.

We were fortunate enough to meet guruji on the following day at ashram  and took blessings on my daughter's birthday .  Guruji then asked  her whether choclolate cake will be ok for her  to be arranged from kitchen.
Listening to gurudev's statement, my daughter was simply  amazed with  wideopen eyes   as because chocolate flavour has been her favorite !
My wife , son & daughter came out of Ganga kutir with tears rolling down our eyes  which we could not stop as because It was  not about the cake but much beyond it .....

It did not stop here alone but guruji cut the cake during evening satsang to make us all realized this amazing fact  that  how  Gurudev's attention reaches to such small requirement of one of his devotee  specially  when   Guruji is  so busy with  such a big responsibility at global level? This is just to be amazed about  his grace and care ! ! !

All we can try and do a bit from our side is to  extend our hand to undertake seva to take ahead gurudev's mission as We can never payback what guruji is giving us continuously in the form of his blessings and care in our  day to day life ..
I  picked up my daughter's experience to share onward  as she adores gurudev like a child  & keeps telling me that ' Papa you know that Guruji is not simple human but he is Bhagwan  & i nod my head in afirmation and then she will further reiteriate the same line saying  that donot  nod  head simply  but take my word for it  that
" GURUJI  IS  BHAGWAN ". What else to share beyond this ???

JAI GURUDEV .

Regards,

Narendra  Singh

Guru Story - Another Escape

It was early November when Guruji had come to Vrindavan to inaugurate an Ashram there. Like many other Guru-chasers, we decided to drive down from Delhi to have Guruji's 'darshan' there. We reached Mathura/ Vrindavan in the morning and the day that was to unfold brought us face-to-face with many miracles. Here I shall recount only one of them.

After being able to meet Guruji in person and having attended a Satsang with him, we started back for Delhi in the evening. I was driving a Maruti 800 and there were four of us in the car and we were doing a decent speed on the Mathura-Delhi highway as it was not too crowded at that time of the day.

We were about half-an-hour on the road when I was overtaking a huge trailer-truck, the type that are generally used to transport new cars from one city to another. The trailer-truck must have been about 40 feet long and I was half-way through overtaking it from the right when the driver of the truck suddenly started to move into my lane on the right.
Our tiny Maruti had nowhere to go, squeezed between the divider and the huge trailer. I braked desperately hoping that trailer will pass me before moving into my lane. That was not to be. We could only watch helplessly as the huge metal side-wall of the trailer moved closer and closer till there was a huge noise of metallic banging and scraping.

At the driving wheel, I could do nothing but wait for the moment when our tiny car would be toppled over the divider into the traffic on the opposite lane. Suddenly, there was silence as the huge trailer pulled away into the distance and we were sitting in the stationary car. I looked back – everybody was at least unhurt. I tried the ignition key, hoping against hope, while mentally trying to work out how to get help to tow the damaged car. Surprisingly the car moved smoothly and I could pull it up on the side of the road for an inspection of the extent of damage.

I did not have the heart to look at it and let my wife get down and see it from outside. She walked from back-to-front and front-to-back twice in utter surprise as we sat inside waiting for her verdict. "Not a scratch" that was what she could report.

By that time, even without talking to each other, we knew exactly who did this miracle. We all felt so blessed and peaceful at our heart that, a little later, when I overtook the same trailer-truck, I did not feel any grudge against the driver and did not even give him a glare.

A few kilometers ahead we stopped at a road-toll plaza where quite a few other cars were already waiting to go through. In one of them was Guruji - he was also travelling to Delhi to attend a Satsang at Chhattarpur! His car must have been a little distance behind us when we had our "accident"!

Guru Story - Just Turn Around, HE is Right Here!!

In May 2005, I went for Gurudev's birthday special advanced course in Chicago. It was the last day of the course. Though it was such an amazing course filled with bliss, amazement, deep experience of deep meditations, I was telling to Debbie (from Pittsburgh Art of Living Family) that I do not want to go home yet as I have not seen Guruji as much as I would have wanted to. He came for so few sessions and all those sessions have lasting experiences. And we were having this conversation just outside the meditation hall. And at same time ahoo! to my amazement....I heard some excitement right behind me and I turned around and Guruji was right there at an arms distance from me and smiling at me. I was just wowed........And Debbie said right then that you could not have gone back with a wish in your heart. So true.....although I always want more of his darshan.

And when I ponder now its so true that in our life also we just have to make some shift just we have to turn around, HE is always there. We can't find HIM perhaps because we are not just turning around. Just turn around to SEWA (Service), Sadhana (Spiritual Practices) and Satsang.... And we find HIM right here and now :)

Guru Story - You Can Never Lose When I am with You

There is a story which Swami Pragyapadji (my blessing course teacher) told us which I want to share. Few years back, when Swamiji was working on a very challenging project in AOL, he was going through a lot of disappointments. One day he decided he could take it no longer and went to speak with Guruji about changing his project. When all the people had left the room, and he was alone with Guruji, Guruji looked at him and said "If tomorrow all the people of the world turned against you, will you be able to handle it ?"Swamiji got very scared at such a question and was thinking in his mind "Ok I will not ask you to change my project, but pls do not ask me such questions!" Guruji then said "How can you lose when I am with you!" This was the most inspirational Guru story we heard during the Blessings course.

Swamiji told us no matter how bad the situation is, how hopeless it looks know that Guruji is always with you. There might be many setbacks in life, but you will not lose, since GURU himself is behind you! Hope those of you who have not yet done the Blessings /Healing course, will go for it as soon as possible. After this course, it seems, every step, good or bad, is led by the Divine.

Jai Gurudev!
A Devotee

Guru Story - Safeguard Assured

It was already 6.10 and I had to reach the center (Guru Kutir) at 6.20. I was assisting the part-1 course and was getting late for it. I came out running from the apartment and just as I came out of the premises. I found an auto and was happy that now I will reach to the center on time. Auto reached the crossing and signal became red. Present moment is inevitable. Anyhow after some time the signal became green. Road was very less crowded so auto was at its full speed.

I was about to reach guru kutir and suddenly gharrrrrrrrrrrrrr cheeeeeeeee the auto skidded and fell down. I was lying in the auto and auto was dragging me in full speed. Gharrrrrrrrrrrrr Cheeeeeeeeeee and here stopped the auto. I don't know how much distance I covered getting dragged. Lots of people on the road gathered and took me and auto driver out of the broken auto. I saw the auto driver was having some scratches. I paid him money, told him to go to the doctor and hurried towards Guru Kutir. But after going few steps, suddenly my steps stopped and I turned back to confirm whether I have really come out of the auto with my whole body or is my soul running towards Guru Kutir. I was standing with my full body with maximum one or two scratches, only my dress was torn and slipper was broken.

Suddenly I remembered Guru ji's answer to someone's question, "If due to bad time your head is to be cut only your hat will get damaged your head will remain safe as I am with you"

Thank you Guru ji. Thanks again and again for always being with me.
Jai Gurudev!
