  I did my first Sudarshan Kriya almost 2 years ago. There is no looking back since then. Though a great fan of Kriya, I often used to discontinue doing it. Every time I started afresh, I made a sankalpa, not to discontinue Kriya and it never worked out. Ultimately I would end up guilty and depressed. A week ago, me and my friend were at the Office of Deputy Commissioner regarding an event for "Volunteer for a Better India". From there we went to an Internet shop to print some important documents. As we were working on it, I realized that my file folder that contained documents signed by the DC was missing from my side! Keeping calm, we searched the entire shop thrice, went back to the DC Office in search of it and returned empty handed and hopeless to the shop. I explained to the shopkeeper how important the file was. I gave him my contact number and asked him to call if he found my file. On my way back, I was praying to Guruji that I get my file back. Finally I said, "Guruji, I promise, I will do Kriya daily. Please find the file for me". Immediately my phone rang & it was the shopkeeper! He had found my file. Me & my friend rushed to the shop. On reaching there, we got to know that a customer had taken it by mistake. The shopkeeper added that he never saw that customer before and that he didn't know where that person came from. We thanked him and smiled, as my friend said "We know from where he came and why". I just realized that Guruji takes care of the minutest things. One of his millions of devotees practicing Kriya routinely is also given importance! A knowledge point just popped in my head 'promising to a loved one is also a solution to quit bad habits'. I got Guruji when I needed him the most
 JAI GURUDEV!
I experience the Guru Miracle almost everyday. Whenever I have any problem, however small, I send a note to HIM and HE takes care of it. The problem gets sorted out.
My life changed after I did my Basic Course in 2001. I was suffering both mentally and physically at that time. I was living on a cocktail of medicines to overcome allergies and insomnia. It was then that my husband told me to try this course that was happening near my place. He thought it would be something new and would divert my mind from my sorry state. He did not really have any idea as to what it was all about but had positive vibes about it.
I was initially skeptical about Art of Living and thought that it was just another cult for the rich. Because of my inflated ego and resistance to change, I found the first two days of the course very difficult. I could not digest the the fact that someone was actually telling me how I should live my life. I refused to go back to the course after the second day. My husband cajoled me to complete it saying that something good might come out of it. On the third day, we were taught Sudarshan Kriya. And that changed everything for me. I was stunned into silence from within.
The process of healing took a long time. As I began to do my practices regularly, I could actually feel the process of physical detoxification happening. Slowly my allergies began to subside. ENT problem which was very severe started to heal. My medicines were reduced and then there was no need for them.
Initially my healing was only at a physical level, later it touched my mind and soul. In the beginning I found it difficult to accept Sri Sri as my guru, given my strong skepticism of anything 'spiritual'. But as time passed, Guruji entered my psyche as an omnipresent mentor, guide, parent, confidante and eventually a friend. I actually talk to him, fight him, beseech him, be grateful to him just as a friend would.
As I began to heal physically, my energy level began to rise and I did far better at work and home as never before. I realised the importance of making time for oneself and enhancing ones potential. My negative attitude towards life and people turned positive and I began to enjoy life with all its good and bad aspects. My 'problems' may not have disappeared but they did not seem like problems due to a change in my attitude towards them.
I treasure Guruji's basic principles of living in the present moment (most difficult to follow) and accept people as they are (even more difficult). I have tried to follow these simple sounding, but extremely powerful teachings and that has made a difference.
I got Guruji when I needed him the most in my life which itself is the biggest miracle.

He takes care of every little wish
Jai Guru Dev,
I did my first course, basic part-1 course in 2010, during my 2nd semester exams of engineering. My mother forced me to do this. I was not for it at all. I dont know what was it, I only followed the 5 Sutras. I continued with the follow ups for a while but then everything just stopped. Then in 2012 my mother did the Part-1 course and she took me to the follow up. For me it was like doing kriya after 2 years. There somebody told me about YES+! and I registered myself for the same. I met Guruji within a month of doing the course. Since then I have been doing kriya daily and i also repeated the course.
There has been many ups and downs going but Guruji was always there for help. There are many miracles that has happened with my and my family, all by his grace.
My family was going through a very rough phase, there was no way out. Getting things back to normal seemed like an impossible task. Yet, Guruji resolved everything and today we are all together again.
I am in last year of engineering and want to do MBA. A week before my entrance exam, i was diagnosed with severe fever. I could not even sit and study. The whole week i did not study at all. Yet i scored 98%. Thanks to Guruji!! Then I had a GD/PI (Group Discussion - Personal Interview) and today only I got a call for admission. I have no idea how everything happened but yes he takes care of every little wish/dream/desire that one has.
There have been many incidents where i could not have done anything yet Guruji helped me in all.
For me Guruji is no less than God.
Truly Guruji, you rock!!!

The Birthday Gift
I would like to share my Guru Story and experience which is just amazing. This is not just one such incident but this one is one of the awesome experience I had. And, I owe Him for this.
I have an incurable skin disease. I have been facing this since more than 10 years. Rashes appear and disappear for few months. I have seen many dermatologists and all have the same answer and give the same medicines. But, this year it is different. Since November 2012, the psoriasis was severe and was itching a lot. It covered my back, stomach, both of my hands, face and scalp. It was horrible to go outside and meet someone. I stopped wearing half-sleeves and used to always cover my body. I prayed God and Guruji to cure me of this disease or make me strong enough to bear it. But, psoriasis was becoming unbearable and nothing was working. I was unable to bear the itching and irritation caused by it. I was weeping most of the times.
And, my dear ones gave me a nice half-sleeve shirt to wear it for my birthday which according to the English calendar falls in March. I prayed to Him to at least clear the rashes and marks on my hands so that I can wear the new shirt. I wept a lot those few days before my birthday. But, nothing happened and I did not wear the new shirt on my birthday. I had to wear the same old full-sleeve shirt on my birthday. From this day, I was not looking at His photo and was not talking to Him as well. I used to fold hands before His photo as if it is my duty.
Next day, while watching the television I came across a short story of a person praying to the God to make him win a million dollar lottery. He used to pray daily and this continued for 5 years. But, nothing happened. Later, God appeared and told him that if he does not buy a lottery ticket how God will make him win million dollars. This story reminded me that I am not doing much effort and I need to see some good dermatologist. Also, after Ruadrabhishekam and satsang on Maha Shivaratri an unknown lady came to me and told that she was staring at the scars/rashes on my face and I need to see a good dermatologist and that will surely cure. She requested me to see the doctor as soon as possible. Later, I was unable to see her again. Now, these two incidents made me to search my contacts and I was able to get the details of my dermatologist whom I used to see 8 years ago.
Visit to the doctor happened immediately after Shivaratri and he prescribed some medicines and tests. I was able to see positive results. I was able to sleep properly during nights and the itching also reduced and was bearable. Now, I am feeling much better.
And, today’s date is April 11, 2013. It is Ugadi, the Indian New Year starts from this day. As per Indian calendar it is my birthday as well. So, He was listening to me and showing me the path. And now I am wearing the new shirt and writing this story. After all, today is also my birthday and what a gift He has given me. I am indebted to Him.
We are very fortunate to be born as human beings. And, we are more fortunate to be under the grace of Guruji. Very few people are lucky to have a Guru who always takes care.
I have taken a Sankalpa that, I will always do seva when ever required and whatever is possible by me.

You are heard no matter where you are
 Jai Guru Dev,
This incident happened in April 2013 when Guruji visited DC. For some time since I had moved from India to US, I had been craving for seva activities. What ever seva I did was not full filling and my heart was wanting for more and more seva.
I got an opportunity to visit Washington DC and those were the two unforgettable days of my life. Just when Guruji entered, we were only few in the center and we did aarati and put flowers on Guruji. Then I got opportunity to do cooking seva till I got exhausted. In fact I asked some other volunteers to lend me a helping hand for seva at kitchen. Singing bajans, cooking and to top it, silence course, everything was just awesome and the food was also delicious!
We were totally immersed in satsang that began in the evening with Guruji which was followed by blissful meditation. The next day a miracle happened. In the kitchen, a small room, was made as a fridge (freezer room). When I went inside this freezer room to take the curry out, I got locked. I knew even if I shout nobody can hear me. I just started tapping, calling Guruji, for he was on the second floor. A devotee who heard some sound coming from the kitchen who had no idea that it was a fridge opened the door. Guruji saved me through him!
Guruji was leaving to Atlanta the next day. I went to airport to send off Guruji (This was one of my wish to meet him at airport). There he came walking like an angel with his white robes in front of me. I just ran towards him and joined his group of devotees.
We bid him good bye. Though he is not there with us physically all the time, he is omnipresent and will know even the smallest of the small wish also. Keep doing sadhana, seva and satsang and Joy Follows ...

Guru Shakti Rules
 Just some days back I went to office to resign. I had resigned on account of severe health issues. When i told them my case they told me to pay up Rs 25000 for leaving before one year. I had undergone lots of costly treatment for my health and hence was finding it difficult to pay 25000 Rs. I prayed to Guruji. Later on accepted that it must be my karma to pay back this money. Then suddenly my friend (who is a complete introvert) came to me and told me that I should talk my case to my HR to waive the fine. She even went to the extent of calling the HR executive. I met the HR and a miracle happened... she waived my penalty! I couldn't believe all this. I am telling you, this friend of mine could not have done it usualy as she is an introvert. It was Guru Shakti ruling over. Every thing happened without my doing anything as if there was a force doing it..... A wave. My gratitude to my Guru. Jai Gurudev.Jalpa
